• 150 g spaghetti
• 100 g thickcream
• 30 g butter
• 40 g grated Parmesan
• 1 untreatedlemon
• 4 sprigs of lemonbasil
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the lemon, grate the zest finely (or use a zester).
2. Squeeze the juice from half the lemon.
3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it.
4. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water.
